A report is provided containing recommendations of any potential of dropped objects to reduce such hazards . Photographs and appendices are included to contribute to a better understanding of the report. The on-site inspections are carried out using the relevant Coyaps Inspection Programme for Drilling Structures and Travelling Equipment. Includes an evaluation to highlight any gaps from client requirements, contractor’s understanding, and application of their program for reducing the risks of dropped objects.
