1. Invoice payment shall be within ( 45 ) Days from receiving the invoice.

2. For the long term contracts the payment shall be as per the payment agreement between the parties . ( 25 % of the total estimated amount shall be Paid in advance if required )
• The Ratio can be changed as per the payment policy for both parties .

3. All prices shall be in USD Or its equivalent by local currency ( EGP, SAR…. etc ) at the same day of payment confirmation and as per the exchange rate of the national bank.

4. Customer shall provide the accommodation for Coy Petroleum Services team inside / near to the required job Location if needed.

5. The client shall provide all required resources to prepare the location for the job
• In case of providing the resources for preparations by [ Coya Petroleum services ] the costs shall be calculated .

6. the client shall carry out the transportation fees.

7. Customer shall provide the required Visa to Entry to the country for the Abroad Services requests, Also the transportation, mobilization, and accommodation shall be carried out by the customer.

( 50 % of the total estimated amount shall be Paid in advance if required )

8. In Case of Canceled the job the transportation charge and standby charges shall be paid to Coya Petroleum Services for the unreasonable cancellation, The cancellation policy shall be applied.

9. For any additional services required and can be provided by Coya Petroleum Services the Client shall follow the normal process for on-request quotation .

Refund Policy

1- For by Day job requests
In case of cancellation after confirming the service by 30 % deposit
The client shall lose 15 % of the total expected payment of the required job –

2- For By Project ( Long term )

a) In case of cancellation by ( 60 Days or more )before the project dates, Client shall lose 15 % of the total estimated by payment of the total requirements.

b) In case of cancellation by ( 59 – 45 ) Days before the project dates, Client shall lose 30 % of the total estimated by payment of the total requirements.

c) In case of cancellation by ( 44 – 35 ) Days before the project dates, Client shall lose 45 % of the total estimated by payment of the total requirements.

d) In case of cancellation by ( 34 – 25 ) Days before the project dates, Client shall lose 60 % of the total estimated by payment of the total requirements.

e) In case of cancellation by ( 24 – 15 ) Days before the project dates, Client shall lose 75 % of the total estimated by payment of the total requirements.

f) In case of cancellation by ( 14 or less ) Days before the project dates, Client shall lose 100 % of the total estimated by payment of the total requirements.

The Cancellation policy depend on the duration of the preparation from Coya Petroleum Side unless there will be new agreement between the client and Coya –

In case of the cancellation by Coya after check the capacity and contract review ( the 100 % Refund or the Client policy shall be maintained )
